Vulcan's Endurance ranges are medium-duty, gas-powered units that make a great addition to any commercial kitchen. Despite their innovative design, you'll still be getting a unit that lives up to Vulcan's legendary standard of toughness and dependability.
This 36-inch range has a fully MIG welded, aluminized steel frame, and its front, sides, backriser, and highshelf are made of stainless steel. The stove top can come in a wide variety of configurations and different BTU/hour.
The bottom of Vulcan's 36-inch range also comes with 6-inch adjustable legs. And, the oven temperature adjusts from 250° to 500° Fahrenheit. The oven also comes with 2 oven racks, and at least 4 rack positions to choose from therein.
