The Vulcan C24EO is a boilerless countertop electric steamer that is Energy Star certified. You can choose between a 3-pan or a 5-pan model, both of which have a high-efficiency boilerless steam control system.
This steamer has manual controls with a 60-minute timer, buzzer, constant steam feature, cook/ready light, and a power switch. It's been made of a high-quality stainless steel, both on the outside and inside (and the inside has coved corners).
