The Vulcan VPT13 is a pass-through food heating / holding cabinet that can also function as a proofer. It comes with fully adjustable tray slides, which can accommodate thirteen 18" x 26" sheet pans, or twenty-six 12" x 20" hotel pans.
This proofer/warmer has been designed from the ground up with an integrated frame which provides the strength of reach-in heated cabinets with the flexibility of pass through cabinets. Both the interior and exterior has been made of high-quality 20 gauge stainless steel: making this one of the most durable pass-thru heated food warmers on the market.
