The Vulcan VPT15 is a pass-through food heating / holding cabinet that can also function as a proofer. It can be ordered in three different variation: with adjustable racking, with lip-load racking, or with six fixed shelves. See the specs below for the varying capacities.
The proofer/holding cabinet has been designed from the ground up with an integrated frame which provides the strength of reach-in heated cabinets with the flexibility of pass through cabinets. Both the interior and exterior has been made of high-quality 20 gauge stainless steel: making this one of the most durable pass-thru heated food warmers on the market.
