The Waring Big Stik series of stick mixers is able to crank out the smoothest sauces, gravies, dressings, marianades, and soups in seconds. These are heavy duty blenders, perfect for high-volume kitchens, with five different size shaft that start at 12" in length, to 21" in length.
Each model has a heavy-duty 1 HP motor, with 750W variable speed (from 5,000 to 18,000 RPM). And they have a continuous ON feature. They have a comfortable grip and a second handle -- overall its a lightweight, ergonomic design which will allow for safe and controlled operation during any size job. The shafts are stainless steel and easily removable for cleaning (plus they are dishwasher safe).
