The Waring Commercial WCU30 is a premium coffee urn that will give you short brew times, large capacites, and a durable construction. It's perfect for catering companies or for commercial kitchens. Its has a capacity of 7 litres (30 cups) and a minimum capacity of 2.3 litres (10 cups).
It has a dual-heater system, which will brew the coffee with a hotter first heater -- this will ensure the best flavour for your coffee -- and then it will automatically shift to a second heater which has a lower heat setting, that will hold it at the perfect drinking temperature.
