Browne's medium density cutting board is available in six colours to allow for separation of red meat, poultry, fruits and vegetables, and cooked meat. It is non-absorbent and stain-resistant, which means it will not harbour food-borne bacteria.
It also has a non-skid surface that will not dull knives, chip, crack, peel or warp, and both sides are usable. Finally, this is a dishwasher-safe cutting board, which makes an efficient and convenient model for any commercial kitchen.
