When you order $350 of smallwares, you qualify for free shipping. If you order less than $350, there is a $20 flat rate to ship them to any province in Canada.
This free shipping policy does not apply to equipment. There are shipping charges for equipment, unless specifically noted on the equipment's product page. And equipment does not count towards the $350 to qualify for free shipping.

Ships via freight
Freight deliveries are different than parcel deliveries. Freight is for larger items that need to be shipped on a pallet on a freight truck.
- Items are delivered curbside and won't be brought into your establishment
- A tailgate fee could apply if you don't have a forklift or loading dock
- Deliveries require signature and are from Monday-Friday 8-5
- Deliveries can arrive without notice
- If you require an appointment or inside delivery, that needs be requested when ordering and there may be an additional fee

A vertical french fry cutter for saving space
The Omcan 41859 is a french fry cutter, otherwise known as a potato cutter or potato dicer. It stands vertically on four non-skid feet; the overall dimensions (WDH) are 8" x 8" x 18.75". Because most potato cutters lie on their side, this cutter is for chefs needing extra space on the work table.
This fry cutter will cut french fries with a 3/8" thickness using a 3/8" interchangeable blade. 3/8" is on the thinner side of french fry thickness, which is a standard fry size for many fast-food restaurants. However, if you end up wanting a bigger or smaller size, you can change the blade out accordingly. This potato cutter is NSF-approved.
If you work in a food truck or fast food restaurant, you know that manually cutting potatoes would suck a lot of time from your workflow. Having a potato cutter drastically improves efficiency. Simply place the potato on the grate, and then push down on the lever with little to no effort. You don't have to just make fries with this; you can use it to cut vegetables into strips too.
