The Bunn U3 Twin is a unique urn brewer that is perfect for high volume establishments. Its large water tank holds over 20 gallons (75.7 liter) and it has a half-batch option. You're also able to draw off hot water during the brew cycle without affecting coffee quality. Depending on the options you choose, it can brew anywhere between 268 and 310 cups of coffee an hour (8 ounce cups).
