The Delfield 4448NP-18M is a 48" salad top prep table with a mega top and a refrigerated base. It comes in two variations: a single section with a door or a single section with drawers. The exterior top is one-piece, 22-gauge stainless steel with square nosing on the front. It has an 8" wide, polyethylene cutting board. This unit is 100% front breathing.
Delfield supplies eighteen, 1/6 size pans and positive placement adapter bars for the top opening. The refrigeration system uses environmentally-friendly R290 refrigerant. Both the 4448NP-18M and the D4448NP-18M are NSF approved.
