The Cleveland Steamcraft Ultra 3 is an electric, countertop convection steamer. It's pressureless and has an electric steam generator at 8 kW. Cleveland is an industry leader in steam cooking equipment and proudly made in Canada.
The distinguishing features of the Ultra 3 is that its cooking capacity fits up to three, 12" x 20" x 21.5" cafeteria pans. The boiler is rear mounted, fully insulated, and has a 3.5 gallon reservoir. The compartment door, cavity, and steam generator are all constructed of durable 14 gauge stainless steel. The dimensions (WDH) are 21" x 32.38" x 22.25".
Some other features exclusive to this countertop convection steamer are its steam cooking distribution via brass steam jets that produce a high velocity convection steam without the need for fans. It also has remote, probe-type, water level control that's easily accessible. And the door remains cool-to-the-touch throughout the cooking process.
