Smallwares Shipping
When you order $350 of smallwares, you qualify for free shipping. If you order less than $350, there is a $20 flat rate to ship them to any province in Canada.
This free shipping policy does not apply to equipment. There are shipping charges for equipment, unless specifically noted on the equipment's product page. And equipment does not count towards the $350 to qualify for free shipping.

Ships via freight
Freight deliveries are different than parcel deliveries. Freight is for larger items that need to be shipped on a pallet on a freight truck.
- Items are delivered curbside and won't be brought into your establishment
- A tailgate fee could apply if you don't have a forklift or loading dock
- Deliveries require signature and are from Monday-Friday 8-5
- Deliveries can arrive without notice
- If you require an appointment or inside delivery, that needs be requested when ordering and there may be an additional fee

A Canadian standard-compliant container that's stronger than paper or cardboard alternatives
Globe Commercial Products' series of one-compartment compostable food containers have a 100% bagasse (sugarcane fibre pulp) construction and meets Canada's standards for being eco-friendly. Containers like this are most commonly used with take-out food, but can be used for outdoor dining, leftovers, and more. It can be used with hot or cold food and is both microwave- and freezer-safe.
This material is 100% biodegradable in 90 to 180 days, meaning it's sustainable and renewable, while still being stronger and more durable than traditional paper or cardboard food boxes. The material is BFA-free, BPI-certified, and resistant to cuts, bending, and breaking.
These one-compartment containers come in 4 different sizes: 6 by 6 by 3 inches, 8 by 8 by 3 inches, 9 by 9 by 3.25 inches, and 9 by 6 by 3.25 inches. They are approved by the FDA for food contact and meet ASTM D6400 and/or D6868 Compostability. They are leak-free, stackable, and feature dual tabs for extra-secure closing.
