Smallwares Shipping

When you order $350 of smallwares, you qualify for free shipping. If you order less than $350, there is a $20 flat rate to ship them to any province in Canada.

This free shipping policy does not apply to equipment. There are shipping charges for equipment, unless specifically noted on the equipment's product page. And equipment does not count towards the $350 to qualify for free shipping.

Ships via freight

Freight deliveries are different than parcel deliveries. Freight is for larger items that need to be shipped on a pallet on a freight truck.

  • Items are delivered curbside and won't be brought into your establishment
  • A tailgate fee could apply if you don't have a forklift or loading dock
  • Deliveries require signature and are from Monday-Friday 8-5
  • Deliveries can arrive without notice
  • If you require an appointment or inside delivery, that needs be requested when ordering and there may be an additional fee

A heated full-service display warmer and interior lighting

Omcan's FW-CN-0100-C is a commercial-quality 24.6-inch wide countertop display warmer with a capacity of 100 litres, or 3.5 cubic feet. It features an additional shelf for 2 places to store foods. It has open access on one side for staff use while if the customer is on the opposite side, they will not see the case's contents. This is a full-service model.

Models like this one would be great for buffets, grocery stores, delis, bakeries, schools, and anywhere you'd like to serve, but not display, hot and ready-to-go food in pans to customers. 4 food pans are included.

There's an adjustable temperature controller with a range of 86° to 185° Fahrenheit (30° to 85° Celsius), so there are a variety of foods that could be placed in this display.

The FW-CN-0100-C comes with a 1-year parts and labour warranty.
