When you order $350 of smallwares, you qualify for free shipping. If you order less than $350, there is a $20 flat rate to ship them to any province in Canada.
This free shipping policy does not apply to equipment. There are shipping charges for equipment, unless specifically noted on the equipment's product page. And equipment does not count towards the $350 to qualify for free shipping.

Ships via freight
Freight deliveries are different than parcel deliveries. Freight is for larger items that need to be shipped on a pallet on a freight truck.
- Items are delivered curbside and won't be brought into your establishment
- A tailgate fee could apply if you don't have a forklift or loading dock
- Deliveries require signature and are from Monday-Friday 8-5
- Deliveries can arrive without notice
- If you require an appointment or inside delivery, that needs be requested when ordering and there may be an additional fee

A bowl cutter with a 30-litre bowl capacity and 7" touchscreen controls
The Trento FP-ES-0030-N is a commercial-grade bowl cutter food processor (also called a buffalo chopper sometimes) with a bowl volume of 30 litres (31.7 quarts). Large-scale cutters like this can mix, shred, chop, and slice, and would be found in restaurants, cafés, catering services, butcher shops, delis, grocery stores, and more.
It features a 7-inch digital touch screen to display temperature, time, and knife speed. The speed control is variable and there are 4 buttons for speed preselections, there's also an emergency stop button. The 3-knife head can be removed.
This cutter has a transparent noise protection cover plus the bowl and lid are construction from stainless steel. Meanwhile, the processor's feet are adjustable, vibration-absorbing, and non-slip.
The FP-ES-0030-N is made in Spain and comes with a 1-year parts and labour warranty.
