When you order $350 of smallwares, you qualify for free shipping. If you order less than $350, there is a $20 flat rate to ship them to any province in Canada.
This free shipping policy does not apply to equipment. There are shipping charges for equipment, unless specifically noted on the equipment's product page. And equipment does not count towards the $350 to qualify for free shipping.

Ships via freight
Freight deliveries are different than parcel deliveries. Freight is for larger items that need to be shipped on a pallet on a freight truck.
- Items are delivered curbside and won't be brought into your establishment
- A tailgate fee could apply if you don't have a forklift or loading dock
- Deliveries require signature and are from Monday-Friday 8-5
- Deliveries can arrive without notice
- If you require an appointment or inside delivery, that needs be requested when ordering and there may be an additional fee

A bowl cutter with a 8.5-litre bowl capacity and 600 to 2,800 RPM
The Trento FP-IT-0009-VT is a commercial-grade electric bowl cutter with a 9-quart (8.5-litre) capacity. The great thing about bowl cutters is that they save you time and money by completing several kitchen tasks in one appliance - slice, shred, chop, and mix your ingredients for sauce, dip, dressing, spread, and more. Cutters of this size would be found in restaurants, catering businesses, commercial kitchens, and elsewhere.
The machine has a speed control so you can adjust the cutting's intensity and texture with an RPM of 600 to 2,800. The lid is transparent, not only giving you a view of what's going on inside but also the option to add more ingredients. The motor and tank are side-by-side.
The cutter's construction consists of a die-cast extruded aluminum body, long-lasting steel knife, and a food-safe stainless steel bowl with handles and a heavy bottom (both the blade and bowl are removable for easy clean-up). There's a safety micro-switch on the lid and lever to help protect against any hazards.
The FP-IT-0009-VT is made in Italy, and comes with a spatula, sharpening stone, and a 1-year parts and labour warranty.
