The Cleveland SteamChef 3, otherwise known as the 22CET3.1, is a one compartment convection steamer. It's boilerless with a 1 gallon water reservoir, and has the capacity for three full size steam table pans. Cleveland is an industry leader in steam cooking equipment and proudly made in Canada.
It has a heavy-duty, 14 gauge stainless steel door and latch that will withstand abuse and wear, and a reversible door gasket that doubles the life of the gasket itself. The dimensions are 21.63" x 32.16" x 22.40" (WDH).
Lastly, the cooking compartment bears Cleveland's patented KleanShield design. KleanShield gathers condensate waste and removes it from the cooking compartment, so your machine will stay clean with little to no effort.
