When you order $350 of smallwares, you qualify for free shipping. If you order less than $350, there is a $20 flat rate to ship them to any province in Canada.
This free shipping policy does not apply to equipment. There are shipping charges for equipment, unless specifically noted on the equipment's product page. And equipment does not count towards the $350 to qualify for free shipping.

Ships via freight
Freight deliveries are different than parcel deliveries. Freight is for larger items that need to be shipped on a pallet on a freight truck.
- Items are delivered curbside and won't be brought into your establishment
- A tailgate fee could apply if you don't have a forklift or loading dock
- Deliveries require signature and are from Monday-Friday 8-5
- Deliveries can arrive without notice
- If you require an appointment or inside delivery, that needs be requested when ordering and there may be an additional fee

A restaurant carafe for serving your customers wine or water, available in 3 sizes
This is a glass carafe from Pasabahce that comes in three different sizes: 1/4 liter, 1/2 liter, and 1 liter. These are multi-purpose carafes that can be used for wine, water, iced tea, or any drink that you want to serve to a table. These are part of Pasabahce's "Bacchus" series of glassware. The 1/4 liter carafe is sold by the case of 12, and the 1/2 liter and 1 liter are sold by the case of 6.
These have a classic flared shape and round rim, making these easy to hold and to pour. These carafes allows your guests to refill their glasses themselves. They have a sturdy base which will help prevent these from being knocked over easily. A carafe is sometimes called a a pitcher. Or sometimes it's called a decanter, but the difference is that a decanter comes with a stopper, whereas a carafe/pitcher does not.
This is a commercial-quality glass carafe designed specifically for restaurants and food service institutions, and comes from Pasabache, which is part of Sisecam, one of the largest producers of glass in the world. They have been making glassware since 1935 and have factories all across Europe.
