The Browne 4203 is a commercial brush designed for charbroilers, BBQ grates, panini grills, or rotisseries. It has very stiff brass wire bristles that are a bright golden colour. A lot of people will use these with charbroilers and panini grills. It's not recommended to use this on a griddle.
The row of bristles is not very wide; it is very narrow: this means you can get into little cracks and crevices more easily, which can be perfect for a charbroiler. This is a commercial quality brush from Browne, which is a high-quality supplier of restaurant smallwares; that being said, with all brushes of this kind, eventually some bristles may fall out, so you need to keep your eye out for that when cleaning.
