We have a few stainless steel sauce cup sizes from 1.5 to 4 ounces. These come in packs of 12. They have a mirror-finished exterior and a satin finish interior, with a plain rolled edge. In the old days these were mostly used for hot butter, but now people use these for sauces, dips, gravy, ketchup, and serving a variety of other things.
These are stackable for storage, and are dishwasher safe. They have a diameter of 2.4 inches (6 cm). These are sometimes called ramekins, but that term is usually reserved for the ceramic version.
