Smallwares Shipping
When you order $350 of smallwares, you qualify for free shipping. If you order less than $350, there is a $20 flat rate to ship them to any province in Canada.
This free shipping policy does not apply to equipment. There are shipping charges for equipment, unless specifically noted on the equipment's product page. And equipment does not count towards the $350 to qualify for free shipping.

Ships via freight
Freight deliveries are different than parcel deliveries. Freight is for larger items that need to be shipped on a pallet on a freight truck.
- Items are delivered curbside and won't be brought into your establishment
- A tailgate fee could apply if you don't have a forklift or loading dock
- Deliveries require signature and are from Monday-Friday 8-5
- Deliveries can arrive without notice
- If you require an appointment or inside delivery, that needs be requested when ordering and there may be an additional fee

Omcan's menu booklets feature clear vinyl panels, black stitched trim, and crimped brass corner brackets. While our single page is the most popular, we also offer 2-, 3-, and 4-page versions, so the model you choose is simply up to the size of your menu. Some restaurants prefer to keep everything in one unit, while some prefer to break up breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert, drink, etc. into separate menus.
Note that the 3-page options is a triple-fold style, meaning it folds out like opening a box lid, not flipping through a book. Each option comes in a pack of 10.
Vinyl menu holders are great for a couple of reasons. Firstly, they protect your menu pages from rips, folds, and spills while being easy to clean and sanitize. They are able to be sprayed and wiped continuously without damage, protecting your staff and patrons, and maintaining stain-free, attractive menus. Secondly, they allow two pages in each sleeve - front and back. This saves customers from having to flip through endless pages and economizes space.
