When you order $350 of smallwares, you qualify for free shipping. If you order less than $350, there is a $20 flat rate to ship them to any province in Canada.
This free shipping policy does not apply to equipment. There are shipping charges for equipment, unless specifically noted on the equipment's product page. And equipment does not count towards the $350 to qualify for free shipping.

Ships via freight
Freight deliveries are different than parcel deliveries. Freight is for larger items that need to be shipped on a pallet on a freight truck.
- Items are delivered curbside and won't be brought into your establishment
- A tailgate fee could apply if you don't have a forklift or loading dock
- Deliveries require signature and are from Monday-Friday 8-5
- Deliveries can arrive without notice
- If you require an appointment or inside delivery, that needs be requested when ordering and there may be an additional fee

A 1-door mega-top prep table that includes 12 pans and is made in the USA
The True TSSU-27-12M-B-HC is a 27.7-inch wide prep table with 1 door. The top of the prep table fits 9x 1/6-sized food pans and 3x 1/9-sized food pans, both of which come with this model (all 4 inches deep). It also includes 2 adjustable PVC-coated wire shelves and a full-length polyethylene cutting board that is 8.8 inches deep, 0.5 inches thick, and removable.
This table has an R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, and uses a forced-air design, which will keep the temperature between 33° to 41° Fahrenheit (0.5° to 5° Celsius) in the food pans and interior. The top, front, and sides have a stainless steel construction, while the interior is aluminum with a stainless steel floor. The cover is insulated with stainless steel.
The TSSU-27-12M-B-HC is made in the USA and comes with True's 7-year compressor warranty, 6-year parts warranty, and 5-year labour warranty.
