When you order $350 of smallwares, you qualify for free shipping. If you order less than $350, there is a $20 flat rate to ship them to any province in Canada.
This free shipping policy does not apply to equipment. There are shipping charges for equipment, unless specifically noted on the equipment's product page. And equipment does not count towards the $350 to qualify for free shipping.

Ships via freight
Freight deliveries are different than parcel deliveries. Freight is for larger items that need to be shipped on a pallet on a freight truck.
- Items are delivered curbside and won't be brought into your establishment
- A tailgate fee could apply if you don't have a forklift or loading dock
- Deliveries require signature and are from Monday-Friday 8-5
- Deliveries can arrive without notice
- If you require an appointment or inside delivery, that needs be requested when ordering and there may be an additional fee

Stainless steel range hood filters available in 5 sizes
We carry 5 different sizes of these filters for commercial hoods. These are stainless steel which make these much more durable and easier to clean than aluminum. These filters are going to help keep your hood from clogging quickly by filtering out the larger particles of grease and food.
Here's how to measure these filters: these are placed in your hood with the baffles (ridges) running vertically, so that would be the "height." The "width" would be the left-to-right measurement. The "depth" would be the smallest measurement, and they are all 2" deep.
With sizing hood filters, keep in mind that the sizing is nominal, and so the actual size of the filter is approximately 1/2" shorter. This is true of ALL hood filters, regardless of the brand — the sizing is always nominal. Why? It's just the convention. Like when you by a two-by-four at the hardware store: if you actually measure it, you'll realize it's not technically 2 inches by 4 inches. If this causes a small gap in your hood of a couple inches, it's usually not a problem, especially if it's at the ends and not the middle of your hood.
