When you order $350 of smallwares, you qualify for free shipping. If you order less than $350, there is a $20 flat rate to ship them to any province in Canada.
This free shipping policy does not apply to equipment. There are shipping charges for equipment, unless specifically noted on the equipment's product page. And equipment does not count towards the $350 to qualify for free shipping.

Ships via freight
Freight deliveries are different than parcel deliveries. Freight is for larger items that need to be shipped on a pallet on a freight truck.
- Items are delivered curbside and won't be brought into your establishment
- A tailgate fee could apply if you don't have a forklift or loading dock
- Deliveries require signature and are from Monday-Friday 8-5
- Deliveries can arrive without notice
- If you require an appointment or inside delivery, that needs be requested when ordering and there may be an additional fee

The Chute is an innovative solution to cutlery being lost in waste buckets. Using magnets, this bin cover grabs and holds utensils in place until they can be retrieved, this can reduce flatware loss by at least 80%.
The Baby Chute 2050 is designed to fit standard-sized round 20-gallon containers and fit underneath worktables and serving stations. The Jr. Chute 2318 is designed to fit rectangular 23-gallon containers or bussing carts and can fit underneath worktables. The Chute II is designed to fit round 32- or 44-gallon containers. The Jumbo Chute is designed to fit round 55-gallon containers.
These products are dishwasher-safe, chemical-resistant, and easy to clean. They have a solid, high-impact plastic design. The magnetic assembly is completely enclosed. If your establishment uses higher-end, non-magnetic stainless, or silver/gold plate, magnetic helpers like the Chute will not save these options. A rubber plate scraper accessory is also available.
