The ICBR-38 is a refrigerated chef base with stainless steel and aluminum construction. It has two drawers, casters, and CFC-free refrigeration. It is 38 inches wide and can accommodate 4 inch PC pans.
The chef base has a temperature range of 33° to 40° Fahrenheit (0.5° to 4° Celsius) and has a capacity of 4.6 cubic feet. It also has digital LED temperature and an electronic thermostat.
