Smallwares Shipping
When you order $350 of smallwares, you qualify for free shipping. If you order less than $350, there is a $20 flat rate to ship them to any province in Canada.
This free shipping policy does not apply to equipment. There are shipping charges for equipment, unless specifically noted on the equipment's product page. And equipment does not count towards the $350 to qualify for free shipping.

Ships via freight
Freight deliveries are different than parcel deliveries. Freight is for larger items that need to be shipped on a pallet on a freight truck.
- Items are delivered curbside and won't be brought into your establishment
- A tailgate fee could apply if you don't have a forklift or loading dock
- Deliveries require signature and are from Monday-Friday 8-5
- Deliveries can arrive without notice
- If you require an appointment or inside delivery, that needs be requested when ordering and there may be an additional fee

A medium-width range with 6 burners and optional convection oven
Omcan's CE-CN-0914 is a 36-inch wide commercial-quality gas range with 6 open stovetop burners, each with 30,000 BTU per hour and 12- by 12-inch cast-iron grates. There is one oven with a U-shaped burner with 31,000 BTU per hour.
It's available with either natural gas or liquid propane, as well as a standard oven or a convection one. The standard oven's temperature range is 250° to 550° Fahrenheit (121° to 288° Celsius) while the convection option's is 220° to 490° Fahrenheit (105° to 255° Celsius). The convection model also has a cooling switch to quickly lower the internal temperature plus double fans to provide a more even temperature.
The standard model's front, sides, and back are all stainless steel while the convection range has a stainless steel front and galvanized sides. The heavy-duty legs are adjustable on both.
The CE-CN-0914 comes with a 1-year parts and labour warranty.
