When you order $350 of smallwares, you qualify for free shipping. If you order less than $350, there is a $20 flat rate to ship them to any province in Canada.

This free shipping policy does not apply to equipment. There are shipping charges for equipment, unless specifically noted on the equipment's product page. And equipment does not count towards the $350 to qualify for free shipping.

Ships via freight

Freight deliveries are different than parcel deliveries. Freight is for larger items that need to be shipped on a pallet on a freight truck.

  • A tailgate fee could apply if you don't have a forklift or loading dock
  • Deliveries require signature and are from Monday-Friday 8-5
  • Deliveries can arrive without notice

A made-in-USA pressure smoker for meats, chicken, fish, cheese, veggies, and more

The Broaster Smokaroma is an electric pressure smoker which combines pressure cooking with pressure smoking for tasty results with meat, poultry, seafood, cheese, vegetables, and more. As an example, it can cook up to 18 racks of fresh bone-in ribs in 1 hour.

The Smokaroma has both hot and "cold" smoking capabilities: hot smoking means the heating elements and charring elements both operate while cold smoking just uses the charring element.

With pressure smoking, products shrink up to 40% less by retaining the natural juices. Cooking times and labour expenses are reduced. The machine automatically shuts off when the cooking cycle is finished. Any type of wood chips can be used.

This product comes with a 1-year warranty plus a 10-year repair and return warranty on the cooking well.
