The Atmovac SoftCookerXP 230 is a thermal immersion sous vide cooker, with a capacity from 25 litres to 60 litres. It turns on automatically when minimum water level is attained and will keep an accurate temperature from 24 to 94° Celsius (75 - 210° Fahrenheit).
It has a stirred system which enables consistent temperature control throughout the whole container at all times with no hot or cold spots.
