Smallwares Shipping
When you order $350 of smallwares, you qualify for free shipping. If you order less than $350, there is a $20 flat rate to ship them to any province in Canada.
This free shipping policy does not apply to equipment. There are shipping charges for equipment, unless specifically noted on the equipment's product page. And equipment does not count towards the $350 to qualify for free shipping.

Ships via freight
Freight deliveries are different than parcel deliveries. Freight is for larger items that need to be shipped on a pallet on a freight truck.
- Items are delivered curbside and won't be brought into your establishment
- A tailgate fee could apply if you don't have a forklift or loading dock
- Deliveries require signature and are from Monday-Friday 8-5
- Deliveries can arrive without notice
- If you require an appointment or inside delivery, that needs be requested when ordering and there may be an additional fee

A 47"-wide undercounter freezer with double doors and efficient R290 refrigerant
Aurora's FR-CN-1219E-HC is a commercial-quality undercounter freezer with a width of 47.2 inches and a storage capacity of 11.3 cubic feet. It features 2 lockable, self-closing doors and 2 heavy-duty, adjustable, PVC-coated shelves, each with a loading capacity of 88 pounds.
This model has a digital control system for temperature and LCD display. It also has an environmentally-friendly and efficient CFC-free R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. The freezer has a 304 stainless steel design.
The door's handle is recessed, the casters are lockable, and the freezer's temperature range is -8° to 0° Fahrenheit (-22° to -18° Celsius). Its casters have brakes and the interior's corners are rounded for easier cleaning.
The FR-CN-1219E-HC comes with a 1-year parts and labour warranty plus a 5-year compressor warranty.
