The Vulcan 12-imch electric range is a sturdy model with a fully MIG welded frame; and its front, sides, and lift-off high shelf are completely made of stainless steel.
The range top comes with 2 French plates or 1 hot top. The hot top is not suitable for griddle work, and comes in 1 phase only. Both configurations come with infinite heat control switches.
