The Cleveland SET-15 is an electric, tabletop tilting skillet with a manual tilt and a round shape. It is completely made from stainless steel, and the cooking surface is fully guaranteed against warping. Additionally, the cooking surface is bead-blasted which makes it resist food sticking. The capacity is 15 gallons.
The Cleveland SET-15 has a thermostatically controlled temperature from 79.4° to 218° Celsius. It has a fast heat-up and a fast recovery time. As a result of the balanced design, this tilting skillet is incredibly easy to tilt, and the tilting handle can be left or right mounted.
A tilting skillet is great for large batch or a-la-carte cooking. Unlike cooking equipment that has one cooking surface, both the bottom and the sides of the braising pan heat. As a result, you get a fast an even cook.
