When you order $350 of smallwares, you qualify for free shipping. If you order less than $350, there is a $20 flat rate to ship them to any province in Canada.
This free shipping policy does not apply to equipment. There are shipping charges for equipment, unless specifically noted on the equipment's product page. And equipment does not count towards the $350 to qualify for free shipping.

Ships via freight
Freight deliveries are different than parcel deliveries. Freight is for larger items that need to be shipped on a pallet on a freight truck.
- Items are delivered curbside and won't be brought into your establishment
- A tailgate fee could apply if you don't have a forklift or loading dock
- Deliveries require signature and are from Monday-Friday 8-5
- Deliveries can arrive without notice
- If you require an appointment or inside delivery, that needs be requested when ordering and there may be an additional fee

A commercial sieve for extracting fiberous material from fruits and vegetables
Robot Coupe's C 120 automatic sieve is a perfect, table-top continuous feed sieve for any food-service operation. As a sieve, it is designed to separate fibers from vegetables and to extract pulp from fruits, as well as to aid in strain preparation (e.g. sauce bases, soups, etc.). In terms of the kind of fruit and vegetables it's capable of sieving, the options are plenty: berries, citrus, apples, asparagus, tomatoes, and much more! It has an output capacity of up to 275 pounds per hour.
As a sieve, you don't have to take the time to stone or peel your produce. And, the machine comes equipped with a large tray attached to the feed. You can load the machine with several whole fruit, vegetables, or meats, saving you the manual effort required in having to juice each separately.
Eventually, whatever you're juicing falls inside a perforated basket where the sieving process takes place. The C 120 comes equipped with both an end product and waste ejection chute. The end product ejection chute is where the pulp is ejected in the form of fruit and vegetable puree, soup, coulis, etc. The waste ejection chute is where any unwanted elements such as skin, bone, shells, or residual fiber end-up.
Robot Coupe's C 120 is completely constructed of 100% stainless steel. It has an induction direct drive motor with 1 HP and a speed of 1725 RPM, so it can be used intensively as an integral part of your kitchen. The output is virtually non-stop, and with consistent use, the C 120 can give up to 275 lb of output per hour depending on the type of food. Also, you can rest assured knowing the motor has a magnetic safety and motor brake.
