When you order $350 of smallwares, you qualify for free shipping. If you order less than $350, there is a $20 flat rate to ship them to any province in Canada.
This free shipping policy does not apply to equipment. There are shipping charges for equipment, unless specifically noted on the equipment's product page. And equipment does not count towards the $350 to qualify for free shipping.

Ships via freight
Freight deliveries are different than parcel deliveries. Freight is for larger items that need to be shipped on a pallet on a freight truck.
- Items are delivered curbside and won't be brought into your establishment
- A tailgate fee could apply if you don't have a forklift or loading dock
- Deliveries require signature and are from Monday-Friday 8-5
- Deliveries can arrive without notice
- If you require an appointment or inside delivery, that needs be requested when ordering and there may be an additional fee

A mixer with helical fork for ideal oxygenation and transparent work cover
Trento's Santos 18 is a commercial-quality dough fork mixer with a stainless steel bowl with a capacity of 10 litres (10.5 quarts). It has a heavy-duty, silent, asynchronous motor with 600 watts of power, capable of kneading up to 9 pounds of hard dough in just 15 minutes. Mixers like this would be best suited for use in commercial bakeries, kitchens, pizzerias, and more.
The fork is helical, designed to give dough the perfect amount of oxygenation. All parts of the machine that come into contact with food are removable, dishwasher-safe, and easy to clean. The motor has an internal thermal detector to protect against overheating.
There is a transparent work cover over the bowl that also features a wide-enough gap to safely add ingredients during the kneading process, the machine stops when the cover is opened.
The Santos 18 is made in France and comes with a 1-year parts and labour warranty.
