When you order $350 of smallwares, you qualify for free shipping. If you order less than $350, there is a $20 flat rate to ship them to any province in Canada.
This free shipping policy does not apply to equipment. There are shipping charges for equipment, unless specifically noted on the equipment's product page. And equipment does not count towards the $350 to qualify for free shipping.

Ships via freight
Freight deliveries are different than parcel deliveries. Freight is for larger items that need to be shipped on a pallet on a freight truck.
- Items are delivered curbside and won't be brought into your establishment
- A tailgate fee could apply if you don't have a forklift or loading dock
- Deliveries require signature and are from Monday-Friday 8-5
- Deliveries can arrive without notice
- If you require an appointment or inside delivery, that needs be requested when ordering and there may be an additional fee

An ice dispenser with 200 pounds of storage that's made in the USA
The Hoshizaki DB-200H is a commercial-quality ice dispenser with an internal storage capacity of 200 pounds and 5.7 cubic feet. It's suited for use in hotels, motels, and more. Its ice-dispensing area is also ADA-compliant.
Please note, this item only dispenses ice, it does not make ice. The DB-200H must be used in combination with a top-mounted ice making machine if you want to both make and dispense ice. This product is made in the State of Georgia, USA.
It can dispense up to 13 pounds of ice per minute and its ice storage bin has insulation and polyethylene lining. The dispenser is protected by the H-Guard Plus antimicrobial agent for extra sanitation. The exterior, auger, and agitator have stainless steel construction.
This made in America product comes with a 3-year parts and labour warranty.
