APW Wyott's RCW-7 is a 7 quart warmer with a thermostatically controlled heat system that provides fast heat-up and recovery, and can reach intense temperatures that produce consistent steam heat. This rethermalizer is ideal for thawing frozen soups and holding the thawed soup at NSF-safe serving temperatures.
Constructed with a stainless steel housing and liner, the RW-1V is insulated with fiberglass and a raised liner (marine lip) that prevents outside condensation. It is designed for wet or dry operation, and uses standard insets and covers. This model can be ordered with the "soup package" which include a 7 quart inset, ladle, and cover.
