When you order $350 of smallwares, you qualify for free shipping. If you order less than $350, there is a $20 flat rate to ship them to any province in Canada.
This free shipping policy does not apply to equipment. There are shipping charges for equipment, unless specifically noted on the equipment's product page. And equipment does not count towards the $350 to qualify for free shipping.

Ships via freight
Freight deliveries are different than parcel deliveries. Freight is for larger items that need to be shipped on a pallet on a freight truck.
- Items are delivered curbside and won't be brought into your establishment
- A tailgate fee could apply if you don't have a forklift or loading dock
- Deliveries require signature and are from Monday-Friday 8-5
- Deliveries can arrive without notice
- If you require an appointment or inside delivery, that needs be requested when ordering and there may be an additional fee

A modern ice and water dispenser that dispenses nugget-style ice
This Scotsman ice and water dispenser is a member of their Meridian series. It produces up to 500 pounds per day, has 25 pounds of storage, and comes in two configurations: dispensing via infrared motion sensors (model HID525A-1) or via push buttons (model HID525AB-1). It is air-cooled, and it dispenses nugget-style ice.
Scotsman Meridian ice and water dispensers are a combination of reliability, efficient serviceability, and easy cleanability. They contain industry-leading technologies, like Scotsman’s greaseless bearings, which are sealed and have no ball bearings. This eliminates the need for grease, contributes to a longer lifespan, and ultimately reduces service costs. Additionally, the infrared design of these dispensers eliminates levers and buttons which decreases the risk of contamination while being serviced. The air filter is external and easy to clean.
All Meridian units feature a silver-based antimicrobial compound that is molded into components to prevent the growth of mold, algae, bacteria, and other non-desirables. At dimensions (WDH) of 21.25” x 24.38” x 35”, this dispenser has one of the lowest operational footprints on the market. It is NSF Certified, and Energy Star certified.
