A 4-drawer prep table that includes 16 pans and is made in the USA

The True TSSU-60-16D-4-HC is a 60-inch wide prep table with 4 drawers, each of which fit a 20" x 12" x 6" food pan. The top of the prep table fits 16x 1/6-sized food pans, which come with this model (4 inches deep). It includes a full-length polyethylene cutting board that is 11.75 inches deep, 0.5-inches thick, NSF-approved, and removable.

This table has an R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, and uses a forced-air design, which will keep the temperature between 33° to 41° Fahrenheit (0.5° to 5° Celsius) in the food pans and interior. The top, front, and sides have a stainless steel construction, while the interior is aluminum with a stainless steel floor. The cover is insulated with stainless steel.

The TSSU-60-16D-4-HC is made in the USA and comes with True's 7-year compressor warranty, 6-year parts warranty, and 5-year labour warranty.
