Smallwares Shipping
When you order $350 of smallwares, you qualify for free shipping. If you order less than $350, there is a $20 flat rate to ship them to any province in Canada.
This free shipping policy does not apply to equipment. There are shipping charges for equipment, unless specifically noted on the equipment's product page. And equipment does not count towards the $350 to qualify for free shipping.

Ships via freight
Freight deliveries are different than parcel deliveries. Freight is for larger items that need to be shipped on a pallet on a freight truck.
- Items are delivered curbside and won't be brought into your establishment
- A tailgate fee could apply if you don't have a forklift or loading dock
- Deliveries require signature and are from Monday-Friday 8-5
- Deliveries can arrive without notice
- If you require an appointment or inside delivery, that needs be requested when ordering and there may be an additional fee

A more efficient and convenient way of serving food to your guests
The Suzy Q cart system offers a better way to serve meals in retirement and care homes. It allows residents to have control and open communication with regard to their food, along with significant food cost savings by allowing individualized serving sizes, hotter food, and less waste.
The Suzy Q is essentially a heated/cooled buffet table on wheels. We carry a basic size, but this Mini model is designed to fit through more narrow doorways and serve 10 to 20 residents rather than 20 to 40. This system allows residents to choose what they want to eat and how much, and ensures that their meal is hot and fresh when they get it. Accessories are available to customize the unit to fit your establishment's unique needs.
Each cart system features a steam well that holds nine 1/6-size insert pans or similar combinations, individual heat and drain controls, a plate shelf, four tray slots, a retractable condiment insert rail, and an ergonomic push handle. There is also an option to order with a heated drawer.
