When you order $350 of smallwares, you qualify for free shipping. If you order less than $350, there is a $20 flat rate to ship them to any province in Canada.
This free shipping policy does not apply to equipment. There are shipping charges for equipment, unless specifically noted on the equipment's product page. And equipment does not count towards the $350 to qualify for free shipping.

Ships via freight
Freight deliveries are different than parcel deliveries. Freight is for larger items that need to be shipped on a pallet on a freight truck.
- Items are delivered curbside and won't be brought into your establishment
- A tailgate fee could apply if you don't have a forklift or loading dock
- Deliveries require signature and are from Monday-Friday 8-5
- Deliveries can arrive without notice
- If you require an appointment or inside delivery, that needs be requested when ordering and there may be an additional fee

A 32"-wide blast chiller to cool or freeze food fast and efficiently
The Trento BC-IT-0905-T is a commercial-quality blast chiller and freezer that can fit up to 5 trays measuring 18 by 26 inches. It's 32.2 inches wide and can chill up to 40 pounds of food at a time to 3° Celsius (37° Fahrenheit), or it can freeze up to 26.5 pounds of food at a time to -40° Celsius (-40° Fahrenheit).
It has simple controls and will allow you to quickly lower the temperature of your food through the danger zone, keeping your food safe and producing fewer ice crystals and thus damaging your food less, improving your food's texture when reheated. You would find blast chillers in hotels, restaurants, and food operations that deal with bulk food.
This model is from CFC and HCFC, has an scotch-brite finish on its exterior while its interior has a glossy finish. It features 60mm high-density polyurethane foam insulation, a digital control panel, and a core probe.
The Trento BC-IT-0905-T is made in Italy and comes with a 1-year parts and labour warranty.
