When you order $350 of smallwares, you qualify for free shipping. If you order less than $350, there is a $20 flat rate to ship them to any province in Canada.
This free shipping policy does not apply to equipment. There are shipping charges for equipment, unless specifically noted on the equipment's product page. And equipment does not count towards the $350 to qualify for free shipping.

Ships via freight
Freight deliveries are different than parcel deliveries. Freight is for larger items that need to be shipped on a pallet on a freight truck.
- Items are delivered curbside and won't be brought into your establishment
- A tailgate fee could apply if you don't have a forklift or loading dock
- Deliveries require signature and are from Monday-Friday 8-5
- Deliveries can arrive without notice
- If you require an appointment or inside delivery, that needs be requested when ordering and there may be an additional fee

A ventless deep fryer with small footprint and touch screen display
Broaster's VF-3 is an enclosed electric ventless countertop deep fryer with a round cooking well and 21-pound cooking oil capacity. It can cook up to 3 pounds of product per load and is available with a voltage of either 208 or 240. Kits with 4 replacement filters are also available.
There is a large touch-screen display that can pre-program up to 100 menu items. It has an automatic cook cycle counter plus automatic adjusting of cooking times for different batch sizes and temperatures. The fryer has a built-in fire suppression system, which is in accordance with NFPA 17A. For extra safety, it also has a resettable high-temperature limit switch. The ventless operation uses a HEPA and charcoal 2-stage air filter cartridge.
The fryer has an auto-lift function for lowering and raising the bucket when required. The machine has a space-saving design for taking up less counterspace. The interior components are all dishwasher-safe and easy to remove.
This product comes with a 1-year parts and labour warranty.
