They can be ordered in widths from 1 to 4 pans wide, and from 1 to 4 decks high. These ovens are not only excellent baking solutions, but with their contemporary style they can serve as a centerpiece for today's high-end baking industry.
This deck oven is modular, so the number of decks can be gradually increased as your business grows. Optional proofers and storage cabinets available on the one, two and three pan wide ovens.
