Carpigiani's LB-100-B is an air-cooled, single-speed, countertop ice cream batch freezer capable of producing 4.5 gallons of product per hour. It's for making frozen desserts like ice cream, sorbet, and gelato with traditional mixtures as well as more modern haute options. The cylinder's capacity 4 quarts (3.8 litres) and the single beater is 0.75 HP.

This model is NSF approved and has mechanical consistency control, which stops the compressor when the right consistency is reached. The freezer features an easy-to-use control switch for cleaning, extraction, and production.

There is a cleaning program that assists in emptying the chamber and remove remaining liquid. The LB-100-B features a timer with bell, isolating door with a safety lock, and minimal parts for easy cleaning.
