When you order $350 of smallwares, you qualify for free shipping. If you order less than $350, there is a $20 flat rate to ship them to any province in Canada.
This free shipping policy does not apply to equipment. There are shipping charges for equipment, unless specifically noted on the equipment's product page. And equipment does not count towards the $350 to qualify for free shipping.

Ships via freight
Freight deliveries are different than parcel deliveries. Freight is for larger items that need to be shipped on a pallet on a freight truck.
- Items are delivered curbside and won't be brought into your establishment
- A tailgate fee could apply if you don't have a forklift or loading dock
- Deliveries require signature and are from Monday-Friday 8-5
- Deliveries can arrive without notice
- If you require an appointment or inside delivery, that needs be requested when ordering and there may be an additional fee

An electric, countertop fryer for cooking fried food with minimum fuss
The Vollrath CF4-3600DUAL is an electric, countertop fryer with a 30 lb. capacity (15 lb. for each well). This electric deep fryer features a minimal footprint to accomodate less space, with overall dimensions (DH) of 18" x 16". Other benefits include a fully-welded oil tank with a drainage valve; a temperature max of 190° Celsius (375° Fahrenheit); an automatic thermal overload shutoff; and non-stick rubber feet. This countertop fryer also includes two small fryer baskets and a night curtain.
Countertop fryer baskets are for people who want a deep fryer but have limited kitchen space. They're capable of creating the same, delicious fried food as any fryer: french fries, chicken, seafood, and more. As a dual unit, this commercial countertop fryer provides a larger volume than the single unit; and, the dual buckets allow you to fry different food types without having to worry about flavour transfer.
