Smallwares Shipping
When you order $350 of smallwares, you qualify for free shipping. If you order less than $350, there is a $20 flat rate to ship them to any province in Canada.
This free shipping policy does not apply to equipment. There are shipping charges for equipment, unless specifically noted on the equipment's product page. And equipment does not count towards the $350 to qualify for free shipping.

Ships via freight
Freight deliveries are different than parcel deliveries. Freight is for larger items that need to be shipped on a pallet on a freight truck.
- Items are delivered curbside and won't be brought into your establishment
- A tailgate fee could apply if you don't have a forklift or loading dock
- Deliveries require signature and are from Monday-Friday 8-5
- Deliveries can arrive without notice
- If you require an appointment or inside delivery, that needs be requested when ordering and there may be an additional fee

A speedy digital scale available with 2 capacities/graduations
The Kilotech KPC is a highly-precise Class III digital portion control scale for both lightweight spices, powders, and herbs, along with heavier options like meats, cheeses, and more. It's available with 2 options: 3-kilogram capacity and 0.1-gram graduation (3K model), or 15-kg capacity and 0.5-gram graduation (15K model).
It has weighing modes for grams, pounds, kilograms, and ounces, plus a green-light LCD display, counting feature, and auto power off function. The KPC models have very fast processing and response times. Its 30,000 count high resolution is like a high-level counting scale.
Please note these models are not legal for trade, meaning they cannot be used for a trade application in Canada where products are sold by weight determined by that scale.
