A solid turner for flipping burgers, steaks, or homefries

The Winco TN719 is a solid, heavy-duty, stainless steel turner riveted into an offset hardwood handle that will keep cool. It's good for burgers, steaks, or homefries on a commercial griddle top, and is beveled on all three sides.

When choosing which turner is right for you, you'll want to determine what kind of foods you plan on using it with. If you plan on cooking foods that have an abundance of grease, you'll want a perforated or slotted turner. If you plan on cooking foods that can break apart easily or are crumbly, a solid turner would be the better choice to keep your portioning consistent.
