When you order $350 of smallwares, you qualify for free shipping. If you order less than $350, there is a $20 flat rate to ship them to any province in Canada.
This free shipping policy does not apply to equipment. There are shipping charges for equipment, unless specifically noted on the equipment's product page. And equipment does not count towards the $350 to qualify for free shipping.

Ships via freight
Freight deliveries are different than parcel deliveries. Freight is for larger items that need to be shipped on a pallet on a freight truck.
- Items are delivered curbside and won't be brought into your establishment
- A tailgate fee could apply if you don't have a forklift or loading dock
- Deliveries require signature and are from Monday-Friday 8-5
- Deliveries can arrive without notice
- If you require an appointment or inside delivery, that needs be requested when ordering and there may be an additional fee

Professional electric rice cooker with removable aluminum alloy pan
Panasonic's SR-GA721L is an electric rice cooker with a capacity of 40 cups of uncooked rice, or 80 cups of cooked rice, which is about 168 three-ounce servings. It has a removable aluminum alloy cooking pan with a thickness of 2mm and a stainless steel lid. It is CSA- and NSF-certified.
This model's lid curling has a silicone sealant to protect against dust and fungus growth. The thermostat can control the rice's temperature for up to 2 hours. It also has a triple heating coil for uniform cooking, a sheathed heating element with built-in safety thermal fuse, and a micro switch control for longer durability. For extra convenience, it has a push-button start and automatic shut-off feature.
The SR-GA721L comes with a 90-day warranty.
