When you order $350 of smallwares, you qualify for free shipping. If you order less than $350, there is a $20 flat rate to ship them to any province in Canada.

This free shipping policy does not apply to equipment. There are shipping charges for equipment, unless specifically noted on the equipment's product page. And equipment does not count towards the $350 to qualify for free shipping.

Freight deliveries are different than parcel deliveries. Freight is for larger items that need to be shipped on a pallet on a freight truck.

  • A tailgate fee could apply if you don't have a forklift or loading dock

Cook up to 20 birds on 5 spits with this gas-powered rotisserie oven

Omcan's CE-CN-KJ-5 is a commercial-quality rotisserie oven that ships ready for natural gas but also includes a liquid propane conversion kit. With natural gas the oven's hourly BTU is 105,000 and with liquid propane it's 100,000. The interior can hold up to 20 chickens at a time on its 5 spits and cooks them using individually-controlled infrared burners.

The rotisserie's exterior is constructed of stainless steel and the doors have sturdy glass. The interior features a top light, which provides better illumination of the food inside.

The machine also has a standby stainless steel pilot burner, a waterproof On/Off switch for the motor, and a stainless steel oil collector. There's a fan for cooling down the temperature of the control area.

This product comes with a 1-year parts and labour warranty.
