Smallwares Shipping
When you order $350 of smallwares, you qualify for free shipping. If you order less than $350, there is a $20 flat rate to ship them to any province in Canada.
This free shipping policy does not apply to equipment. There are shipping charges for equipment, unless specifically noted on the equipment's product page. And equipment does not count towards the $350 to qualify for free shipping.

Ships via freight
Freight deliveries are different than parcel deliveries. Freight is for larger items that need to be shipped on a pallet on a freight truck.
- Items are delivered curbside and won't be brought into your establishment
- A tailgate fee could apply if you don't have a forklift or loading dock
- Deliveries require signature and are from Monday-Friday 8-5
- Deliveries can arrive without notice
- If you require an appointment or inside delivery, that needs be requested when ordering and there may be an additional fee

A compact vertical broiler with 3 burners that can still hold up to 65 pounds of meat
Omcan's CE-CN-KB-3 is a vertical broiler with 3 individually-controlled infrared burners and a capacity of up to 65 pounds of meat. It's perfect for broiling gyros, shawarma, specialty meats, donair meat, and tacos al pastor meat. This model has an hourly output of 28,500 BTU with natural gas and 24,000 BTU for liquid propane.
The broiler has a 21-inch cooking spit and the distance between it and the burners can be adjusted for get your preferred flavours and smokiness. It also has a continuous pilot for instantly igniting the main burner, saving both time and energy. The machine has a stainless steel oil collector and stainless steel heat shields on both sides.
This product comes with a LP conversion kit and a 1-year parts and labour warranty.
