A dependable griddle with 2 burners, 54,000 BTU/hour, and snap-action thermostats

The Vulcan MSA24 is a commercial-quality gas griddle with a heavy-duty design and 11-inch low-profile cooking height. It's NSF-listed and CSA design certified. The cooking area is 24 by 24 inches and sits on top of 4-inch adjustable legs.

It has a total hourly output of 54,000 BTU, from two 27,000 U-shaped aluminized steel burners. The chassis frame is fully-welded stainless and aluminized steel. The griddle plate is 1-inch thick polished steel with a 12-gauge, 4-inch stainless steel back and tapered side splashes.

The MSA24 also features embedded mechanical snap-action thermostats, one for each burner. It has a sizable stainless steel grease drawer with a 6-quart capacity, manual ignition, and bottom heat shields.
