Smallwares Shipping
When you order $350 of smallwares, you qualify for free shipping. If you order less than $350, there is a $20 flat rate to ship them to any province in Canada.
This free shipping policy does not apply to equipment. There are shipping charges for equipment, unless specifically noted on the equipment's product page. And equipment does not count towards the $350 to qualify for free shipping.

Ships via freight
Freight deliveries are different than parcel deliveries. Freight is for larger items that need to be shipped on a pallet on a freight truck.
- Items are delivered curbside and won't be brought into your establishment
- A tailgate fee could apply if you don't have a forklift or loading dock
- Deliveries require signature and are from Monday-Friday 8-5
- Deliveries can arrive without notice
- If you require an appointment or inside delivery, that needs be requested when ordering and there may be an additional fee

Sushi display cases available in 4 sizes and left- or right-mounted condenser
Hoshizaki's HNC Series is a collection of refrigerated countertop sushi display cases available in 4 widths: 4, 5, 6, and 7 feet. They feature a stylish curved glass front and bright LED lighting inside for better presentation of products.
Food plates/mounts with radius grooves are included, 3 for the smallest (HNC-120BA) and increasing up to 6 for the largest (HNC-210BA). All models have rear doors, the smallest has 2, the rest have 4. There are large 1-inch-diameter drains at the front of the case as well as an R600A refrigerant.
Each unit has the option of the condenser being on the left or the right side. Its airflow comes in front the back of the unit and goes out through the side. The thermometer is NSF-approved. These cases are not for overnight storage.
The HNC display cases come with a 1-year parts and labour warranty, plus an additional 2-year parts and labour warranty on the compressor, evaporator, and air-cooled condenser, as well as a 5-year parts only warranty on the compressor.
