When you order $350 of smallwares, you qualify for free shipping. If you order less than $350, there is a $20 flat rate to ship them to any province in Canada.

This free shipping policy does not apply to equipment. There are shipping charges for equipment, unless specifically noted on the equipment's product page. And equipment does not count towards the $350 to qualify for free shipping.

Ships via freight

Freight deliveries are different than parcel deliveries. Freight is for larger items that need to be shipped on a pallet on a freight truck.

  • Items are delivered curbside and won't be brought into your establishment
  • A tailgate fee could apply if you don't have a forklift or loading dock
  • Deliveries require signature and are from Monday-Friday 8-5
  • Deliveries can arrive without notice

Alto Shaam's 1200-TH is a commercial-grade electric double decker cooking and holding cabinet with a capacity of 8 full-size sheet pans (12" x 20" x 2.5") or 16 half-size sheet pans (12" x 10" x 2.5") per cavity. 8 shelves are included (4 per cavity). This cabinet is fanless, waterless, and ventless.

This model uses a low temperature to evenly surround food and maintain a consistent heat. It has a programmable control, labour-free overnight cooking feature, and an exterior drip pan with a removable tray. It sits on 4x 5-inch castors, 2 rigid and 2 swivel with brakes.

The cooking temperature range is 200° to 325° Fahrenheit (94° to 163° Celsius) while the holding temperature range is 85° to 205° Fahrenheit (29° to 96° Celsius).
